About
- We need a safe, steady pair of hands to run our telehandler and help keep our projects moving on time. If you know your way around heavy equipment and enjoy working outdoors with a close-knit crew, wed like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Use a telehandler to pick up, move, and place materials around the site.
- Help load and unload trucks, stack supplies, and clear work areas.
- Give other trades a hand with digging, backfilling, and basic site prep when needed.
- Check the machine each shift, top up fluids, and report any problems right away.
- Work with the site lead to plan safe travel paths and avoid obstacles.
- Follow all safety rules and keep the work zone tidy.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year on a telehandler (or similar rough-terrain forklift).
- Ticket: A valid telehandler ticket is ideal. If yours has expired or you have solid experience but no ticket can arrange a refresher or full training.
- Basic mechanical sense (you can spot leaks, loose hoses, odd noises).
- Able to lift up to 50 lb and work in all weather.
- Clear communication and a team mindset lone-wolf attitudes.
- Must-Have Gear
- Hard hat, high-vis vest, steel-toe boots, gloves, and eye protection. If you already own full PPE, great. If not, let us know and we'll point you in the right direction.
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience and certifications
- Schedule: Full-time day shifts, with occasional overtime or weekend work
