• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Work with development teams to clarify requirements and support sprint planning. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Assist in defining user stories and acceptance criteria. Assist in QA and UA Testing Support product documentation and training efforts. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles, preferably in a technology background. Exposure to technology and product management. Intermediate knowledge of technology tools (e.g., Excel, VLOOKUP, Jira, etc.) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results across stakeholder groups. Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
