We offer a fax platform for B2B customers and Resellers. We also offer APIs, hosted appliances, and UCaaS integrations designed for security, reliability, and scale. We are sunsetting our legacy platform and launching a modern customer support center. Our current documentation is scattered across PDFs, internal guides, and legacy portals. We need an experienced technical writer to consolidate, rewrite, and expand this content into a clear, structured, user-friendly Help Center. We’re looking for a writer who can translate technical concepts into clear, actionable content for both end users and administrators, while also structuring the knowledge base for long-term scalability.
