  • We’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Representatives to join our Roofing Team in Southwestern Ontario. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales, provide technical expertise, and build strong customer relationships—all while working for a company that values innovation, trust, and your success.

  • Secure specifications for Sika Sarnafil, Hydrotech, and Sikalastic products through technical consultations
  • Represent Sika Roofing products across Southwestern Ontario (Hamilton, Cambridge, Brantford, London, and Windsor)

  • Qualifications

We’re Looking For

  • Education: University or College degree with experience in construction sales
  • Experience: 2–3 years in the field, ideally in roofing
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication (verbal & written) abilities
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly for meetings, training, and customer events
  • Mindset: Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about building long-lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism, and innovation
  • Working Conditions & Physical Demands
  • Completion of all required safety training, including WHMIS, Confined Space, and Working at Heights
  • Ability to lift 10–15 kg or more
  • Adherence to industry PPE standards for construction sites
  • Regular travel within Southwestern Ontario for meetings, training, and customer events
  • Must be able to travel by road within the assigned region
  • Flexible work hours, with the ability to work additional hours as needed

Vehicle/ Driver’s License Requirements

  • Company vehicle provided
  • Must have valid 'G' license and comply with Sika Fleet Safety Policy requirements
  • Technical Sales Representatives has responsibility for prudent care and protection of company assets
