Job Title : Technical Project Manager Banking/Financial domain

Location : Montreal, Canada Onsite (will start with 3 days per week)

Job Description:

The IT Project Manager must have worked with Banking and Financial institutions before who will be responsible but not limited to plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet specified requirements. They act as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions, managing resources and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project execution, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Team Leadership: Lead and guide project teams, assigning tasks, providing support, and resolving conflicts.
• Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, including management, team members, and clients.
• Resource Management: Manage project resources, including budget, time, and personnel.
