  • We’re seeking someone to join our Network Lifecycle Management team as a Technical Program Management Specialist focusing on risk and oversight for network security in the DMZ environment.

This is a Technical Program Management III position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles. What you’ll do in the role

  • Planning and lead execution of technical projects.
  • Support the coordination of project activities and resources.
  • Help track project progress and report on key milestones.
  • Participate in project meetings and document action items.
  • Identity and mitigate project risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Maintain project documentation and update project management tools.
  • Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA processes, JIRA, and Splunk.
  • Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
