- As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of a cutting-edge cloud product suite built for the blockchain ecosystem. This role requires translating complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies, collaborating closely with engineering, UX/UI, and business teams, and driving solutions that empower organizations to launch, scale, and manage blockchain-enabled applications. You will research market trends, identify new opportunities, and help shape the future of the platform while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position demands technical expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. The role offers exposure to innovative technologies, high-impact projects, and a chance to influence the adoption of Web3 solutions across industries.
Accountabilities
- Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the AvaCloud product suite.
- Collaborate with engineering, business development, marketing, and UX teams to align product vision with business objectives.
- Research markets, competitors, and user needs to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
- Manage product milestones, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Facilitate product vision and design discussions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Support go-to-market strategies and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, ideally in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
- 2+ years managing day-to-day technical/design direction for large, rapidly scaling systems or platforms.
- Strong understanding of Web3 infrastructure, including explorers, bridges, DeFi platforms, and traditional payments.
- Experience driving B2B or B2B2C software products through the full product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to create strategic roadmaps and collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret research, data, and industry trends.
- Experience with developer tools, APIs, and SDKs.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Nice-to-have: blockchain engineering knowledge, start-up experience, or management consulting background.
- Competitive compensation ($131,724 – $164,655 USD, subject to factors such as experience and location).
