Hi All, We are seeking an experienced, technically skilled Graphic Designer to create a clean, professional Brand Kit for one of our clients. Please note: no AI-written proposals will be considered. This project requires someone who truly understands brand systems, structured design workflows, and proper technical file preparation, not just creative flair. What We’re Looking For: - Communication & Professionalism: Must have strong verbal English skills and be comfortable on Zoom or Teams calls (both internal and client-facing). Clear, confident communication is essential. If you do not speak great English, unfortunately this role is not a fit, as clear spoken communication is required for collaboration and client review sessions. - Technical Brand System Expertise: You know how to build full Brand Kits that include proper color systems, typography hierarchy, spacing rules, alignment grids, and consistent file organization. - File Optimization & Output Mastery: Skilled in preparing and exporting files for all major formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG). You understand color space management (RGB vs CMYK), scalable vector exports, and can produce logo variants (horizontal, vertical, monochrome, inverted, icon-only) ready for print and digital use. - Precision and Design Accuracy: You work with precision. You understand ratio, proportion, pixel alignment, bleed margins, safe zones, and consistent visual balance across all assets. - Proven Experience: Must be able to provide at least 3 full, completed Brand Kits that you personally designed and compiled, preferably including a Brand Guideline document. If you have technical graphic design training, please be sure to detail that, along with details on your work experience in graphic design or agency settings, etc. - Work Quality and Discipline: We are looking for someone who takes time to do things properly, reviews color consistency, checks alignment, labels files correctly, and ensures all exports are clean and optimized.
