Hello! We are a growing SaaS startup that has created a software platform for helping small staffing agencies to run their businesses, and we need your help! We are looking for someone to join our customer service and experience team. This primarily involves reviewing incoming customer inquiries via email and chat, understanding their issues and helping them resolve them, or developing a plan with the rest of the team to resolve them. Sometimes you will also jump on quick Zoom calls with customers to help them if their query cannot be solved through chat/email. This is not just a customer service role, but also a project management and product management role, as you will become an expert with the product and based on your conversations with customers can help guide the development team on what needs to be built! We have several experienced and kind customer service team members who can train and guide you. Our customers are primarily based in North America, but we have customers and team members around the world. We are looking for someone who can work in the evening and night time of our customers, and on the weekend. You will need to train for the first couple of months during the USA daytime, and once you are trained switch to handling the nights and weekends. Strong communication skills are of course very important, but also being the kind of person who enjoys talking to others and who others enjoy talking and working with! We value discipline and reliability, showing up on time and doing what you say you are going to do. The tools we use internally for the team are Hubspot and Slack. Previous experience working at a SaaS company is valuable. Some basic knowledge/background of coding/software would be a big plus, but is definitely not necessary. We have hired full time team members from Upwork in the past, and if you enjoy working with us we hope to have you join our team full time as well.
