We are developing a digital inspection system for industrial refractory linings using LiDAR, thermal, ultrasonic, and data analytics tools. We need a technical expert to review and validate our full workflow — from field data acquisition to final customer deliverables. Scope of Work: • Review equipment list (GeoScan S1 LiDAR, IR camera, ultrasonic tester, thermal logger, etc.) • Verify software workflow (GeoScan → CloudCompare → Power BI → final reports) • Confirm compatibility, data formats, and best practices for: o Point-cloud processing o Wear/thickness analysis o Thermal & geometric correlation • Advise on procurement and setup of any missing components or accessories • Provide short-term support during installation, testing, and training Ideal Candidate: • Experience with LiDAR / SLAM systems (CloudCompare, ReCap, GeoSLAM, or similar) • Knowledge of industrial inspection or 3D metrology • Familiar with data visualization / Power BI / AutoCAD • Able to provide clear, practical guidance in English
