I’m looking for an experienced tech lead / Agile coach to give me a tutorial on setting up Agile Scrum or Kanban in ClickUp for app development. The goal is to learn how to: Organize and manage a team of 1–5 coders inside ClickUp Break large projects into modules, tasks, and subtasks Use Scrum sprints or Kanban boards effectively Set up backlogs, task statuses, and priorities Track progress and ensure timely completion of modules Requirements: Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban Proven experience using ClickUp for project management Ability to walk me through practical setup step by step Clear communication and teaching ability This is a quick tutorial session (not ongoing work). The goal is to leave me with a proper, working ClickUp setup for Agile app development.
