Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tearista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for tea culture and a desire to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Tearista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of teas, educating customers about our offerings, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of teas, ensuring high quality and consistency in every cup.
• Educate customers on different types of tea, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea preparation area and customer seating spaces.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or beverage preparation is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A passion for tea and willingness to learn about different varieties and brewing methods.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
