Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Manage cashier duties, including processing payments accurately and upselling menu items when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery
• Uphold restaurant policies on sanitation, safety, and serving standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in cashiering, cash handling, or upselling menu items is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Basic math skills for cash transactions and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry is desirable
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting and multitask effectively during peak hours
