We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Team Leader to oversee and lead a dynamic team of Mortgage brokers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. The Mortgage Team Leader will have the ability to build their team and manage their team.

You will work closely with the leadership team as we work with you to grow your team

We offer direct coaching, mentorship, leads, deal & document support, access to all the major lenders, competitive splits, other products offerings that include Insurances and Wealth products.

Duties

• Lead and manage mortgage brokers to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively
• Coach and mentor junior mortgage brokers.
• Recruit
• Monitor brokers progress
• Ensure compliance, regulations, and company policies
• Prepare reports and presentations for managing partners

Skills

• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills or other languages are a plus
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Negotiation skills to facilitate vendor relationships and project agreements
• Customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs effectively
• Experience in financial services or related industries is advantageous
• Ability to recruit agents
• Solid mathematical skills for technical problem-solving and data interpretation

This position requires a proactive leader with a blend of industry expertise and interpersonal skills. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive team environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,736.76-$175,000.00 per year
