• As a Relief Team Leader in the Fibreline operations group, you will supervise a crew of approximately 12-15 operators with the objective of ensuring the safe, environmentally conscious, cost-effective production of premium Kraft pulp. This is a full-time position that entails working shift work, primarily providing vacation/sickness coverage but also can includes periods of day work supporting mill operation or special projects.
• In addition to your direct reports, you will work closely with the department day staff, which consists of Operating Superintendents, Process Engineers, Maintenance, and E/I. Together with your team, you will help execute the strategies and initiatives that drive safety, environmental compliance, quality, and production goals.
