We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall childhood development.
• Ability to follow lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities, including special education needs.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Provide individualized support through early intervention techniques for students who require additional assistance.
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages communication skills and social interaction among students.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student development, classroom activities, and any concerns related to child welfare.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and share best practices for teaching methodologies.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.

Skills

• Strong background in early childhood education with experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is a plus.
• Proficient in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
