Job Duties:

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Manage and optimize artist schedules for efficiency
• Make client confirmation calls and follow-ups
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable working in a high-stress, high-volume setting
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Sales
