𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗿 (𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 – 𝗣𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲) We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in building recruitment processes across multiple industries, including Information Technology, Healthcare, and Law. This role is based in the PST timezone and requires excellent communication, candidate assessment, and sourcing skills. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Source, identify, and engage top talent across diverse roles (I.T., healthcare, legal, and corporate functions). • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Write clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions tailored to different roles and departments. • Build, optimize, and manage recruitment processes to drive efficiency and scalability. • Maintain and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and reporting. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and recruitment strategies. • Develop strong pipelines of passive and active candidates through research, networking, and creative sourcing methods. • Leverage technology, social media, and recruitment tools for maximum sourcing effectiveness. • Provide regular progress updates, analytics, and hiring insights to the recruitment team. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 • Based and able to work within the PST timezone. • Proven experience as a ** Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role**, preferably in industries such as IT, healthcare, or legal. • Ability to conduct effective candidate interviews and assess qualifications beyond resumes. • Proficiency in writing job descriptions and recruitment content with strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Hands-on experience with ATS management and candidate databases. • Demonstrated ability to build and structure recruitment processes from scratch. • Tech-savvy with knowledge of sourcing tools, platforms, and advanced search techniques. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pipelines simultaneously. 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing. • Familiarity with international recruitment best practices (U.S., Canada, South America). • Knowledge of compliance and hiring laws within different jurisdictions.
