At Rez Media, we are building a world-class creative operation — and we need a Talent Coordinator who can run the backbone of it. Opportunity to grow as a Talent/Influencer Manager. We’re a fast-moving agency scaling health, wellness, and beauty brands to 7–8 figures. This is an early-stage startup. No hand-holding. No fluff. Mission To build and manage a world-class creator pipeline while coordinating the entire creative production workflow to ensure ads flow smoothly from creator brief to final delivery alongside the Creative Strategist. What You’ll Do - Talent Pipeline Development: Source, vet, and manage relationships with 100+ UGC creators and influencers. - Project Support: Partner with the Creative Strategist to manage briefs, timelines, and campaign execution. - Editor Workflow: Coordinate seamless handoffs between creators and editors so nothing stalls. - Quality Control: Review creator clips and edited ads before client delivery, catching issues early. - Campaign Management: Own the full process from sending brief ? creator outreach ? asset quality control. - Database Management: Keep creator databases, folders, and assets organized and accessible. KPIs You’ll Be Judged On - Maintain a pipeline of 100+ active creators, with 5–10 new sourced weekly. - 90%+ approval rate on first submissions (minimal revisions). - 100% of campaigns delivered on time. - Zero editor bottlenecks or missed deadlines. What We’re Looking For - 2+ years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creative coordination. - Strong project management skills — you know how to juggle multiple moving pieces. - Sharp eye for quality and ability to give clear feedback to creators/editors. - Excellent communication skills with talent and internal teams. - Extremely organized, fast, and responsive (2–4 hour turnaround during business days). - Comfortable with Notion, Slack, and project management tools. - Natural relationship builder who can keep creators engaged long-term. - Strategic thinker who can execute the details without losing sight of the big picture.
