We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our growing hiring needs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring we attract high-quality candidates who align with our company’s goals and culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled in identifying top talent across various roles, including technical, administrative, customer support, and leadership positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, streamline our hiring process, and create a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Create compelling job descriptions and postings Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions Utilize ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding and talent strategy improvements What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools A passion for finding the right talent to help our company grow If you are enthusiastic about recruitment, driven by results, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
