The Opportunity
- We’re looking for a Systems Access Administrator to join our Information Technology team.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, TSS, the System Access Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining user access across enterprise systems, ensuring that access rights are provisioned, modified, and revoked in accordance with organizational policies and compliance requirements. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding sensitive data and supporting identity governance initiatives.

What your day looks like
- Set up, change and deactivate access for all employees and external partners
- Administer user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and applications.
- Maintain and enforce access management policies, standards, and procedures
- Monitor and audit access logs and user activity to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure timely and accurate access changes
- Support identity governance tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similar platforms
- Participate in access reviews, certifications, and remediation activities
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide support to end-users
- Assist in the implementation of automation and self-service capabilities for access requests
- Document processes and maintain access control documentation
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management (IAM)
Your experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in access management, identity governance, or IT security
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD)
- Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties principles
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Broadridge/Dataphile required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and on a team
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation is preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow is preferred
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications are an asset

- Salary
- This position is posted with an expected salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
