Job Title: Supplier Human Rights, Due Diligence Specialist
Location: Lawrenceville, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description
Must Have List:1-3 years with the following:-Project management-Supplier relationship management-Supply chain management/Due Diligence experience-Human Rights experience-Bachelor's Degree Purpose and Scope of the Position:
- Serve as a Supplier Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) subject matter expert, providing support to Director, Global HRDD, Corporate Affairs SSI and Global Procurement teams and across functions.
Responsibilities:
Program Implementation and Change Management
- Execute change management initiative and communication strategies related to HRDD program implementation, process improvements, ensuring seamless transitions and user adoption.
- Coordinate and deliver HRDD training programs to key internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Procurement Category Strategy Partners, TPRM, Procurement Operations and Global HRDD cross-functional teams to execute project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead and manage Supplier HRDD program implementation initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time
- Manage current supplier list, apply risk stratification to develop comprehensive project implementation plan, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate program roll-out and supplier onboarding to Supplier HRDD program tools.
Supplier Relationship Management and Performance Tracking
- Assign, monitor and track performance of supplier HRDD training through HRDD tools
- Facilitate workshops and training courses for suppliers; monitor attendance and learning retention
- Coordinate cadenced Supplier Human Rights reviews with key internal stakeholders to track performance and ensure alignment in their functional areas
- Escalate supplier noncompliance with supplier HRDD program to business owners and coordinate to develop solutions or performance improvement plans
- Participate in supplier reviews and audits as needed
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, business leads, and suppliers to drive successful project outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between Supplier HRDD and other business segments to ensure alignment of program goals with organizational objectives.
Risk and Issue Management
- Assist in identifying supplier risks and issues and escalate them to the Director, Global HRDD.
- Support in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Internal/External Stakeholders:
- Legal, Compliance & Ethics; Risk, Operations & Insights, Global Human Rights Due Diligence
- Global Procurement, TPRM and Category management team
- Corporate Affairs, Sustainability & Social Impact and Corporate Communications
- Engagement with Multi-Stakeholder and Industry Initiatives (PSCI, EcoVadis, etc.)
- Suppliers in-scope for program
Education:
- Minimum education of a B.S./B.A.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of business experience of which two (2) years is multi-disciplined supplier relationship management, one (1) year of experience in Human Rights sector.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $47.90 - $60.84 per hour
Schedule:
