Do you have a big personality, love working with kids, and enjoy being active? We’re looking for energetic and playful coaches to join our team and help young children (ages 1–7) build confidence, learn teamwork, and discover the joy of soccer—all while having tons of fun!

• Paid Training & Certification: No previous coaching experience required. We provide paid training plus CPR/First Aid and Grassroots Soccer certifications.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions that spark joy and keep kids engaged.
• Create a positive, encouraging environment where children feel confident and supported.
• Partner with parents to share progress and celebrate each child’s achievements.
• Help build life skills (teamwork, discipline, confidence) through playful activities and age-appropriate drills.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for working with children.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage small groups of kids.
• Energetic and active—you’ll be running, jumping, and having fun right alongside the kids!
• Previous childcare, teaching, or coaching experience is a plus, but not required.

• You must have reliable transportation.
• Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches may be expected to travel up to 30 minutes (depending on your location) to get to classes.
• CPR/First Aid Certified (This can be completed during training)
• 4v4 Grassroots Certified (This can be completed during training)
• Pass Background Check
