• 2 to 5 years of related experience in utility locating (private and/or public utilities); Valid ORCGA DPT Certification with multiple utilities is an asset Excellent communication skills Valid Ontario drivers licence with a clean MTO drivers abstract Self-organizing and able to prioritize, strong ability to multi- task Willing to work outside in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods 1-2 years of experience with obtaining invert/obvert measurements 1-2 years of experience with co-ordinating traffic control in respect to vacuum excavation (test pits), inverts and other road work 1-2 years of experience using a Trimble GPS unit for the purpose of capturing field data Experience using Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) Experience reading and understanding various utility maps such as utility schematics, as-builts, CAD drawings, blueprints, etc.
