Purpose / Goal of the Role: To ensure students have a smooth, supported experience throughout their programs, helping them overcome obstacles, stay engaged, and achieve their educational goals. Responsibilities / What they will do: Serve as the primary point of contact for students, answering questions and troubleshooting issues via email, chat, and video calls as needed. Assist students with course registration, mentorship scheduling, and PAI program administration. Track and monitor student progress, ensuring they stay on track to complete programs successfully. Coordinate with other team members to resolve student concerns efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in internal systems. Support special projects or initiatives related to student engagement and success. Video editing Courses and Mastermind sessions and upload them to the student portal. Respond to google and facebook reviews Help to manage student portal Help to manage SOPs Support the entire student lifecycle: registration, onboarding, mentorship, and alumni renewal. Performance Metrics: Average response time to student inquiries 48 hours. Accuracy and timeliness of administrative tasks (e.g., registration, progress tracking). Majority of student issues resolved independently without escalation.
