We are looking for a skilled CAD drafter to prepare a steel lintel detail for an 8" CMU single-wythe wall. The drawing will be used as part of a permit submission package. The design is already established by the engineer of record (P.Eng.); your task will be to produce a clean, professional detail sheet ready for stamping. The detail must show: - Steel beam lintel (W-shape) over an opening in 8" CMU. - Jamb reinforcement and grouted cells. - Bearing conditions (bearing plates, grout-filled CMU under lintel ends). - Anchorage and stiffeners at the lintel supports. - Flashing and finish notes as required for exterior exposure. - Clear references and callouts consistent with architectural/structural practice. The drawing should be concise, easy to read, and formatted to professional drafting standards.
