  • Job Description: The Street Outreach and Intervention Worker exists to provide harm reduction supplies, education and support to reduce disease transmission, stabilize addiction related issues, with a focus on the social determinants of health; linking, engaging and retaining clients to care.

  • This is a community based position providing services in clinic within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina). Home base for this position is: 2110 Hamilton Street.
  • Valid driver's license. A shared vehicle is supplied for work related travel.
