HR Project Partners is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to oversee retail operations in Port au Port, Newfoundland and Labrador. This is a full-time position ideal for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, inspire a team, and keep the store running smoothly.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and organization
• Implement and maintain merchandising standards to optimize product visibility and sales
• Delegate tasks and supervise staff to ensure productivity and adherence to store policies
• Coordinate flyer ordering and promotional materials in alignment with marketing schedules
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedure
• Provide leadership, training, and support to team members

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer applications
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and promotional planning
