- This is a regular full-time position and is located in Cobourg / Port Hope.

In this key role, you will
- Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the store’s team, the sales representative, and the regional management team
- Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork
- Help recruit and develop your team members, keep them motivated, and ensure their health and well-being
- Manage the store budget and take the necessary steps to continuously improve financial results
- Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sale.
- Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales growth through effective collaboration with store teams, sales representatives, and management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in recruiting, coaching, and motivating team members to foster a positive work environment focused on respect, accountability, teamwork, and employee well-being.
- Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve store profitability.
- Knowledge of and commitment to enforcing compliance with operational processes and standards in both wholesale and retail environments.
