Lokafy connects travellers with locals for private walking tours that feel like visiting a friend. We’ve organized tours in 300+ cities worldwide, and we’re now entering a new growth phase. I’m looking for 2–3 people to work directly with me (the founder) on structured growth experimentation — running rapid experiments to identify what actually drives growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and enjoys figuring things out by trying, testing, and refining. You don’t need deep expertise in any single function. What matters is strong thinking, clear communication, resourcefulness, and the ability to move quickly. What you’ll do: - Help design and run growth experiments based on our north star metric and current bottleneck - Talk to travelers, Lokafyers, and partners to extract insights and refine hypotheses - Work across multiple tools (including AI) to prototype and run experiments quickly - Collaborate with our internal team and share learnings openly - Document experiments, results, and next steps What we’re looking for: - Experience with startup growth experimentation frameworks OR similar rapid-test environments - Ability to learn new tools quickly (AI, scrapers, no-code tools, analytics, etc.) - Strong written and verbal communication - Comfort interacting with both internal teams and customers - Resourcefulness / bias toward action - Thoughtfulness in framing hypotheses and interpreting learnings Nice to have: - Experience in travel, marketplaces, or consumer platforms - Prior involvement with early-stage companies - Multilingual is a plus Time commitment: Flexible. Ideally 10–25 hours/week to start. We’ll align based on your availability.
