Job Description: Relevant du gestionnaire principale des installations des Services immobiliers, le stagiaire mettra à jour des plans d’étage et des statistiques précises sur l’occupation des locaux de Montréal et d’Ottawa. Il collaborera étroitement avec le gestionnaire principale des installations et le gestionnaire des installations junior. Il est possible que le stagiaire joue un rôle de gestionnaire de projet dans le cadre d’initiatives de petite ou de moyenne envergure. Principales responsabilités : Participer à la coordination des initiatives de la gestion des installations, comme l’entretien préventif, les réparations et des projets Participer à la planification et à la prestation de services (organisation, établissement du calendrier et coordination avec les vendeurs) Participer à la mise à jour des plans d’étage et des statistiques sur l’occupation des locaux ainsi qu’à la préparation des plans mensuels Participer en documentant et tenir à jour les inventaires pour les principaux sites Participer au règlement dans un délai raisonnable des problèmes non résolus, et ce, à la satisfaction du client Participer à la gestion des demandes des clients et à la prestation des services Participer à la gestion des ententes sur les niveaux de service et aux processus ayant pour objectif la satisfaction des clients Compétences : Être inscrit à un programme pertinent comme architecture, design, ingénierie, gestion des installations ou gestion de projets Aptitude et volonté d’apprendre Aptitude à gérer de multiples priorités et à respecter de nombreuses échéances grâce à une excellente gestion du temps et à un excellent sens de l’organisation Capacité à répondre à des demandes multiples et à s'adapter à l'évolution des exigences Capacité à travailler en équipe et de façon autonome avec peu de supervision Connaissance approfondie des meilleures pratiques et des processus liés aux installations Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle Excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais Excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décisions Excellente connaissance d'Excel et de Microsoft Office La Financière Sun Life souscrit au principe de l’équité en matière d’emploi. The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
