Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Staff Accommodation Manager to oversee the management and operation of staff housing facilities. This pivotal role involves ensuring safe, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodations for our staff members. The ideal candidate will supervise staff housing operations, foster positive relationships with residents and team members, and manage administrative tasks related to accommodation services. Your leadership will directly contribute to a supportive work environment that promotes staff well-being and operational excellence.

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of staff accommodation facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and comfort for all residents
  • Develop and implement programs that enhance resident engagement and address their needs effectively
  • Communicate with maintenance team and coordinate repairs or upgrades to housing units to maintain high standards
  • Foster positive relationships with residents by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining open communication channels
  • Collaborate with human resources and management teams to support staff onboarding, relocations, and retention initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance activities, incident reports, and compliance documentation

Skills

  • Proven management experience in overseeing residential or accommodation facilities
  • Strong program development skills with the ability to design initiatives that improve resident satisfaction
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus
  • Excellent relationship management skills to build trust with residents and internal teams
  • Solid administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and budgeting
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment
  • Knowledge of social work principles relevant to supporting diverse populations involved in accommodation services

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $4,166.00 per month
