  • ROLE OVERVIEW
  • We’re seeking an Sr. Manager, Media Strategy & Consulting to lead a client engagement with a global CPG brand, focused on their B2B segment. You will build full-funnel B2B media executions and drive performance optimization.
  • You’ll drive strategy, oversee executional excellence, and serve as a key partner to client-side marketing leaders, helping them align budgets, platforms, and creative around measurable pipeline growth.
  • This is a hybrid role combining strategic advisory, channel leadership, and hands-on consulting, with a focus on operational integration alongside presenting strategy and media
  • CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Strategy & Planning: Own the media strategy for Kraft Away From Home across channels (e.g., paid social, display/programmatic, video, search) with explicit linkage to revenue, pipeline, and brand/commerce objectives.
  • · Plan Development: Translate business goals into media plans with KPIs, targeting frameworks, budgets, flighting, audience strategies, and test-and-learn agendas.
  • · Operational Excellence: Partner with activation teams to implement campaigns, QA setups, monitor pacing and delivery, and course-correct in real time to hit performance targets.
  • · Measurement Leadership: Design and maintain measurement frameworks (attribution, experimentation design, tagging, data capture) that quantify impact and inform re-investment.
  • · Tech Integration: Connect AdTech/MarTech ecosystems—CDPs, DSPs, analytics platforms, CRM—to enable audience activation, tracking, and closed-loop reporting.
  • · Reporting & Insight: Synthesize results into clear narratives and next-step recommendations for senior stakeholders; provide executive-level readouts on drivers, risks, and actions.
  • · Team Leadership: Provide direction to internal specialists, coach junior talent, and upskill client partners to ensure shared standards and consistent delivery.
  • · Governance & Stewardship: Uphold brand safety, data privacy, experimentation rigor, and budget accountability; maintain documentation and SOPs.
  • · Planning Cycles: Lead quarterly/annual planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling; inform channel mix and investment allocations.
  • · Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Pilot new channels, formats, and methodologies where supported by a clear hypothesis, success criteria, and risk assessment
  • · Act as an Embedded Partner: Operate as an extension of client marketing teams, driving clarity, governance, and executional best practices across internal and external stakeholders.
  • · Mentor & Enable: Lead internal strategists and specialists; coach client-side teams to raise their media and analytics fluency.
  • EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • · 3–6+ years in media strategy, performance marketing, or digital consulting (agency or hybrid consultancy experience preferred).
  • · Technical depth previous in platform experience in media buying platforms. Deep knowledge of AdTech/MarTech ecosystems: CDPs, DSPs, analytics platforms, tagging, and CRM integrations and how they interoperate.
  • · Measurement & optimization expertise, including attribution approaches, experimentation design, and performance analytics. Familiarity with Media Mix Modelling or incremental sales measurement methodologies such as sales lift studies.
  • · Strategic communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable guidance for senior marketers.
  • · Leadership experience coaching teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and building trust through clarity and delivery.
  • · Hands-on familiarity with planning and activation workflows; comfortable collaborating closely with in-platform specialists.
  • · Strong presentation, storytelling, and client-facing skills; high attention to detail and accountability.
