Your Role As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Medavie, you’ll be a strategic partner in designing and delivering innovative, equitable, and competitive compensation solutions. What You’ll Do Act as a subject matter expert on compensation, collaborating and advising HRBPs and business leaders. Lead compensation program design, analysis, recommendations and process improvements. Conduct and analyze market surveys, build relationships with vendors, and present insights. Manage medium to large-scale projects within Total Rewards, including budgeting and system and program implementation. Support bonus program design (sales and non-sales), ensuring alignment with business strategy. Coach team members and deliver training and communication on compensation topics. Lead and ensure compliance with Ontario and Quebec Pay Equity and contribute to compensation governance. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of experience in compensation with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation best practices and design. Advanced Excel skills (modelling, pivots, macros), and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and job evaluation methodologies (Mercer IPE preferred). Strong knowledge of Canadian pay equity and transparency regulations. Excellent analytical, storytelling, and consulting skills.
