Job Description What is the opportunity? To provide consistent levels of technical expertise necessary for the successful implementation, maintenance, and support of collaboration suite of products: MS Teams, Slack, Mural, and vbrick across the Enterprise and all Lines of Business. What will you do? Implement, plan, install, debug, and troubleshoot Applications, systems, software, hardware, and support products. Administration of on-prem infrastructure for the applications and databases. Installing, evaluating, and applying code, software, and application updates; ensuring backup and recovery capabilities. The role of the Platform Owner also requires them to package and test new versions of the desktop application across Windows, Virtual Desktops, and Mac. Support and manage the application, this entails provisioning licenses, addressing incident tickets, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain / update Service Now Incident queues to manageable levels. Work with members of the team to drive solutions to open incidents. Implement change management and incident management practices. Responsible for ensuring all incidents that are reported have been responded to. Verify service use cases for quality and validation with the impacted stakeholders. Use business metrics and analytics to gain insight into user activities and to drive continuous service improvement. Build and maintain a repository of reusable documents to support future initiatives, and enhance Toil reduction initiatives, following the enterprise standards. Create knowledge base articles based on new features, also based on feedback from end users. Partner with 3rd party vendors to ensure that the vendor Adheres to RBC standards, Meets the engagement goal and Provides RBC-specific experiences. Escalate and work with vendors to troubleshoot and repair failed systems Management of incoming inquiries from the business relationship teams regarding the current state of services and investigations can be examined and responded to independently. Interaction with Product Owners to create action plans for improvement to services Must-have 5-7 years related experience Expertise of Microsoft Teams Application or collaboration suite of products: Slack, Mural. Collaboration Certification: MS-700 or related. Knowledge of SAAS cloud platforms. Excellent communication skills Nice-to-have Knowledge of Cisco Webex Teams Application suite of products: Chat, Meetings, Events, Softphone Knowledge of Zoom, vbrick application Knowledge of Server and Virtual platforms and environments ITIL v4 or SRE Foundations Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision-makers Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses What’s in it for you?
