Software: Work is completed using our company SquareTakeoff license. https://squaretakeoff.com/ https://youtube.com/@squaretakeoff Xcel Drywall – Core Services (Projects You Will Be Tracing) - Steel Stud Framing – Interior non-loadbearing, structural systems, and exterior parapet framing - Drywall Systems – Walls and ceilings - Drywall Finishing – Level 4 and Level 5 standards - Insulation – Thermal, acoustic, and fire-rated - Vapour Barrier – Poly and air sealing systems - Ceiling Grid Systems – Drywall suspension and bulkheads - T-Bar / ACT Ceilings – Acoustic ceiling tile systems - FRP Panels – Sanitary and impact-resistant panels - Fire-Rated Assemblies – ULC/UL assemblies - Fire Caulking / Firestopping – Penetration and perimeter containment - Hollow Metal Door Frames – HMD installation locations Responsibilities: - Perform accurate digital tracing of walls, ceilings, insulation, and ceiling systems using SquareTakeoff - Organize and label takeoff layers according to company standards - Maintain clean and consistent file structure - Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines (24-hour turnaround) - Communicate clearly and proactively if clarification is needed Requirements: - Ability to read and interpret commercial architectural drawings - Experience with digital takeoff software (SquareTakeoff preferred; ability to learn quickly is acceptable) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - 24-hour turnaround on most projects is mandatory - Missed deadlines will not be tolerated What We Provide: - Projects preloaded and ready for tracing using our SquareTakeoff license - Ongoing weekly work for top performers - Clear instructions, standards, and support Only apply if you can consistently deliver clean, accurate trace work within required timelines and maintain professional standards in SquareTakeoff.
