Seeking a driven and persuasive Sales Representative to secure sponsorships and vendor booth agreements for upcoming esports events. You will connect with brands, negotiate deals, and close contracts that bring visibility, value, and revenue to our tournament events and networking mixers. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with outreach, understands brand value, and thrives on commission-based income. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential sponsors, vendors, and brand partners. Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry networking. Present esports event opportunities clearly with strong value propositions. Negotiate terms and finalize contracts in collaboration with management. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deals in CRM tools. Understand brand goals and match them with the right sponsorship packages. Provide ongoing communication with signed partners to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications (What We're Looking For) Strong communication & persuasive sales abilities. Prior experience in sales, sponsorships, marketing, or B2B outreach is an asset. Understanding of esports, gaming culture, or event marketing is a major advantage. Self-motivated and able to work independently with clear targets. Comfortable with commission-based pay structure. Compensation Commission Only – 15% of each contract closed No cap on earnings: your income scales with your results. High-value contracts = high personal income potential.
