As primary responsibilities you can;

• Create a happy customer experience by consulting with customers on Pepper Tree Spice Co. products, assisting with suggestions and purchases before completing POS transactions, following daily open & close procedures.
• Assist in hosting our Pepper Tree Supper Club, cooking workshop and class events working with our chef to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Assist with festivals, markets, tradeshows and social events as scheduled events arise professionally representing Pepper Tree Spice Co. and providing a positive brand and shopping experience.
• Monitor the online ordering system, complete orders, and prepare packages for timely delivery.
• Assist with merchandising and keeping inventory at desired levels complying with company and regulatory procedures, working ahead when needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively assist teammates and President with special projects as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
