We're looking for someone available for opening shifts on Thursdays and/or Fridays (6am-1pm), and closing shifts on Saturdays (5pm-12:30am). Please apply only if these shifts are within your availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage your schedule, show up on time, and coordinate with other hosts to find a replacement if you ever can’t make a shift
• Review the guest bookings as required
• Prepare any special requests or retail purchases for guests prior to arrival
• Coordinate special requests on the guest scheduling platform
• Welcome guests and facilitate digital orientations prior to each session
• Collect liability waivers from all guests
• Promote retail items and collect payment for items purchased
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Communicate any suggestions or guest feedback to the manager on duty
• Assist with cleaning spa circuits between guests
• Support the cleaners with cleaning duties as needed, such as washing dishes, folding laundry, staging, cleaning and sanitizing the Circuits prior to sessions
• Support manager on duty with the various additional tasks
• Communicate any maintenance issues to the manager on duty

Qualifications

• Strong interest in wellness industry products, services, and best practices
• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience
• Understanding of customer service and desire to provide excellent guest experience
• Extremely accountable, available at off hours, and dedicated to ensuring the team and guests are always well taken care of
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure effective and efficient spa operations
• Must live in Vancouver and be available including outside of standard hours

• Compensation: $23/hr
• Position: Part-time
• Reports to: General Manager
• Schedule will be Thursday and/or Friday from 6am-1pm, and Saturday from 5pm-12:30am
