What You'll Do & Learn: Innovate & Build: Actively contribute to the design, development, and testing of prototypes for new software features and products, including our AI-driven solutions. Full-Stack Exposure: Work on various stages of the product lifecycle, from initial concept and design iterations to development, testing, and deployment. Shape User Experience: Collaborate closely with our development team to translate strategic goals into modern, intuitive, and user-friendly software experiences, applying best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization. Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with cross-functional teams, including R&D and AI strategy, to understand requirements, present your design ideas, and ensure seamless technical integration. Problem Solve: Participate in regular team meetings, present your findings, and contribute to ongoing research projects, helping to identify and implement solutions that elevate product quality and capability. Grow Your Skills: Expand your expertise in UI/UX principles, modern development methodologies, and emerging technologies within a supportive and feedback-rich environment. Who You Are: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Demonstrated passion for research, innovation, and software development. Familiarity with core software development tools and methodologies. A proactive learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit. A team player; this is an opportunity to learn from and engage with your colleague and team members. We have camera on meetings and encourage and expect participation, even if it is asking questions to learn more. What Will Make You Stand Out (Bonus Points!): Technical Toolkit: Experience with any of the following: Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, Docker, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, RabbitMQ. Design Savvy: A keen eye for UI/UX design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling, with an understanding of how design impacts brand perception and user experience. Project Experience: Previous co-op, hackathon, personal projects, or open-source contributions that showcase your initiative and technical skills. AI Enthusiasm: A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. Proactive Voice: Eagerness to share ideas, ask questions, and contribute meaningfully to discussions and design iterations. Experience working with design systems or brand guidelines.
