We’re a fast-growing social media platform built to empower authentic voices and open conversations. Our goal is to connect people in the US matket through real dialogue — not algorithms or noise. We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Marketing Manager who can do it all — from strategy and content creation to design, posting, and performance tracking. You’ll be the creative force behind our brand presence across all social channels. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Own social media end-to-end — strategy, content creation, design, publishing, and analytics. • Develop and execute an organic content calendar for platforms like X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads. • Write engaging, platform-specific copy that reflects our voice and values. • Design posts, stories, and short-form videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut. • Plan and run weekly and monthly campaigns that increase engagement and attract new users. • Monitor performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, DAU-related lift) and optimize content accordingly. • Jump on real-time trends, memes, and cultural moments that align with our platform’s identity and values. • Collaborate with leadership to build a strong, recognizable voice for the brand online. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, digital product, or app. • Proven ability to create scroll-stopping content — from concept to final post. • Skilled in graphic design and short-form video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). • Strong copywriting ability — you can adapt tone and style across platforms. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment with minimal oversight. • Analytical mindset with familiarity in social metrics, insights, and growth tracking tools. ⸻ You’ll Fit Right In If You • Love taking full creative ownership — from idea to impact. • Can turn simple ideas into visuals and stories that resonate. • Understand American pop culture, online trends, and community behavior. • Care about building spaces for open dialogue and authentic engagement.
