About the Brand We’re a premium gut-health supplement brand launching in late October. Think clean, minimal, science-backed presentation similar to leading wellness brands like Ritual or Seed—simple design, credible voice, and cohesive visual systems. Role Overview We’re hiring a Brand-first Social Media Manager to plan, design, and publish daily content (2–3 posts per day) with an Instagram-first approach, repurposed to Facebook and TikTok. This is an ongoing role with a high likelihood of long-term partnership if we work well together. What You’ll Own Content Strategy & Calendar: Monthly IG-first content plan mapped to brand pillars (education, trust, community, product, founder POV), with daily cadence and repurposing notes for FB/TikTok Creative Production: Carousels, static posts, Stories, Reels/shorts; light video editing for short-form (CapCut or similar), AI UGC, AI Voice over, AI videos (Once the brand is launched we'll also work with real UGC creators) Publishing & Scheduling: Schedule, tag, optimize thumbnails, hooks, captions, hashtags, and cross-platform formatting On-Brand Copywriting: Clear, credible, minimal copy aligned to a premium wellness aesthetic; compliant with supplement guidelines (no disease claims) Community Touchpoints: Timely comment moderation, DMs triage, and proactive engagement to build trust Insights & Iteration: Weekly performance rollup and monthly insights to refine hooks, formats, and sequencing Deliverables & Cadence Posting: 2–3 posts per day on IG; repurpose each to FB/TikTok (optimize ratio, text overlays, hooks) Stories: 3–5 frames on key days (educational moments, UGC features, polls, launches) Reels/Shorts: 5–7 per week (mix of education, product micro-demos, founder snippets, trend-compatible but brand-safe) Monthly Content Calendar: Topics, formats, scripts/outlines, CTAs, asset list, publish dates Asset Pack: Editable templates for carousels/Reels covers to keep the grid cohesive Reporting: Weekly snapshot (top posts, saves/shares, reach, profile visits, site taps); Monthly strategy iteration What Great Looks Like Grid and Story aesthetic feels premium, minimal, science-forward Content that is visually striking and goal-focused (education → saves; trust → follows; product → clicks) Consistent daily output without sacrificing brand standards Thoughtful repurposing so FB/TikTok aren’t afterthoughts Clear lift in saves, shares, follows, profile visits, email sign-ups, and site taps Skills We’re Seeking Strategic creativity: You connect content to outcomes Visual identity & systems: Tone, voice, layouts, and type hierarchy that stay consistent across posts Short-form editing: CapCut or equivalent for quick, clean Reels/TikToks Design tools: Figma/Canva/Adobe (you don’t need to be a motion-graphics pro, but clean composition is a must) Platform know-how: IG best practices; adapting to FB/TikTok formats Project management: Comfortable running a content pipeline in ClickUp (or similar) Nice to Have Experience in supplements/health & wellness and basic FDA/FTC compliance awareness for claims Light UGC coordination or creator briefing Familiarity with Klaviyo or email capture tactics to align content with list growth Tools & Workflow PM: ClickUp Design: Figma/Canva/Adobe + a shared brand toolkit (fonts, colors, components) Scheduling: Later/Buffer/Meta Suite (open to your stack) File mgmt: Google Drive Timeline Start: ASAP Pre-Launch (now → late Oct): Education, credibility, founder story, waitlist growth Launch (late Oct): Offer sequencing, social proof, FAQs, objections handling Post-Launch: Sustain momentum, expand content pillars, optimize for conversions Engagement & Budget Ongoing, part-time with daily output.
