Social Media Manager We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our brand voice, and implementing targeted strategies that convert followers into customers. Key Responsibilities: • Understands how to create high converting reels, copywriting and how to write converting copy • Understands how to create compelling and viral content pieces for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. • Plan and publish 3 high-quality posts per week (photo, carousel, video/Reels). • Write hooks, captions, and outlines that creators/editors can easily bring to life. • Suggest trending formats, memes, and audio that fit the apps’ personality. • Review performance and adjust flow for virality + retention. • Develop and post 3-5 engaging stories weekly to maintain consistent audience touchpoints • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our objectives • Demonstrated experience in photo and video editing • Demonstrated graphic design experience • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance • Stay current with industry trends to create timely, relevant content • Manage community engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally • Review and proofread social media content for accuracy and ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail.
