Job Description: We are a countertop business based in Ontario, Canada looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant / Social Media Specialist to manage our daily online postings and customer interactions. Your main role will be to post ads daily on: • Facebook Marketplace • Instagram • TikTok • (Optional) Google Ads / Google Business profile You will also act as our Virtual Assistant by: • Monitoring ads for responses and promptly replying to inquiries/messages in professional English. • Handling small issues quickly (e.g., if an ad is rejected, if there’s a posting error, or if a platform needs troubleshooting). • Keeping track of posts to ensure ads are consistent, optimized, and live across platforms. ⸻ 📌 Responsibilities • Create and post ads daily across Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and TikTok (Google optional). • Respond to customer inquiries and messages quickly in professional, customer-friendly English. • Re-post or adjust ads if removed/flagged. • Track leads/responses and report daily/weekly results. • Ensure ad visuals and text are engaging, error-free, and aligned with our countertop business. • Communicate with the business owner directly for approvals or urgent issues. ⸻ ✅ Requirements • Proven experience in Facebook Marketplace posting (must know how to avoid flags/blocks). • Experience with Instagram & TikTok ad posting. • Familiarity with Google Ads or willingness to learn (a plus). • Excellent English communication and writing skills. • Reliability and quick response time (must be able to handle urgent issues). • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager is preferred. ⸻ 🕒 Availability • Must be available daily for postings (7 days/week preferred). • Must be able to reply to inquiries during Canadian business hours (EST/EDT) or have quick turnaround. ⸻ 💵 Compensation • To be decided based on experience. • Please indicate your preferred rate (hourly or monthly retainer). ⸻ 🎯 How to Apply When applying, please include: 1.
