Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop: Research and plan content, write captions, design creative assets, and build 30-day social calendars.

  • Design & Create: Produce eye-catching graphics, infographics, and branded visuals that drive engagement.

  • Optimize & Test: Ensure posts are engaging, on-brand, and tailored for each platform while analyzing performance.

  • Collaborate: Work with copywriters, account managers, and media buyers to align visuals and messaging.

  • Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design and social media trends to improve content.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge & Experience: 2+ years' experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital marketing.

  • Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design tools.

  • Core Skills: Excellent English writing skills (B2 proficiency), caption writing, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite or similar).

  • Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong problem-solving abilities.
