COMMUNITY MANAGER FOR LUXURY TRAVEL COMPANY We are a luxury travel and lifestyle concierge agency serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. Precision, confidentiality, and attention to detail are paramount in everything we do. We are seeking a Community Manager to own and grow our online presence by managing day-to-day social activity, posting content, and engaging with our audience on LinkedIn and Instagram. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CONTENT MANAGEMENT: Manage organic posting on LinkedIn and Instagram using assets provided by our design and copywriting team. Ensure all posts are formatted, scheduled, and published correctly. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: Monitor comments, messages, and interactions across platforms. Respond promptly and professionally while maintaining the brand’s tone and exclusivity. BRAND PRESENCE: Act as the first line of communication for our online community, ensuring consistency in brand voice and elevating conversations where appropriate. PERFORMANCE TRACKING: Track engagement, follower growth, and community interactions; provide feedback to improve posting strategy. COLLABORATION: Work closely with internal creative and leadership teams to align posts with company goals, campaigns, and brand standards. IDEAL CANDIDATE CHARACTER & CULTURE: Relatable, approachable, and confident communicator; comfortable engaging with high-level audiences online. ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Double-checks posts before publishing to ensure accuracy, formatting, and tone. PRIORITIZATION & EFFICIENCY: Able to manage a posting schedule consistently and stay responsive to community interactions. OWNERSHIP & PROACTIVITY: Takes initiative to keep engagement fresh and relevant, suggesting improvements or trends to adopt. DIGITAL NATIVES: A younger candidate who understands online community dynamics and is fluent in current social media culture. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. Strong written communication skills and ability to represent a luxury brand voice. Ability to work independently and stay consistent with posting/engagement schedules. Knowledge of community-building best practices and organic social growth. Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite). TIMEZONE & AVAILABILITY Fully remote role. Must be based in the United States. Must have availability during 8am–5pm EST hours for posting and engagement. HOW TO APPLY 1.
