We are seeking an experienced SketchUp Pro designer to assist with a two-storey rear addition and garage project. We have ordered a CubiCasa CAD file (DWG) of an existing single-storey house located at 1000 Adley Rd, Ottawa (Canada). The goal is to create a detailed, to-scale SketchUp Pro model showing: • The existing house (as-is) • A new two-storey addition extending 20 ft deep × 38 ft wide behind the existing structure • A new side garage approximately 16 ft × 52 ft with a flat roof All existing windows and rooflines on the original house must remain unchanged. Exterior finishes: vinyl siding with stone accents, modern aesthetic.
