As a Signature Service manager, you're responsible for the high-level, strategic and operational management of the Signature Service office and for building and maintaining long-term business relationships with mass-affluent and high-net-worth Desjardins Securities members and clients for financial services. You serve as an ambassador in dealings with the community, the business community and partners. As a representative of the caisses affiliated with the Signature Service office, you're responsible for the wealth management strategic hub, for member/client satisfaction and for the member/client experience. You ensure that members and clients are offered the right specialized products and services based on their specific needs. You lead the implementation and execution of a business development plan for specialized wealth management products and services in your territory. You draw on your interpersonal savvy and in-depth knowledge of products and services. You direct members and clients to the right specialized wealth management offering within your territory. You're responsible for developing the Signature Service office's full market potential, in line with Desjardins Group's strategic directions and related actions. You draw on your ability to drive results, vision and purpose to effectively manage people and performance. You are responsible for performance, sound and prudent risk management and compliance management in accordance with standards. You manage a multidisciplinary team of specialists dedicated to mass-affluent members and clients. You oversee employees' skills development. The ability to build effective teams and develop talent is therefore essential. You serve as a resource person and coach for your team, providing tailored advice and recommendations. Your unit's complex initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of business and comprehensive, detailed understanding of the organization. More specifically, you will be required to: Ensure business development in your territory and actively contribute to the business development of the region and Desjardins Group overall. Ensure optimal growth, performance and productivity, and help maintain Desjardins Group’s financial soundness. Direct, guide and motivate employees, and foster their development and engagement. Serve as a change leader and ensure team agility to benefit members and clients. Be responsible for sound and prudent risk and compliance management. Promote the Desjardins brand and strengthen the DSS office’s roots in its market. Promote the cooperative values of Desjardins Group.
