We're looking for a highly skilled and reliable Shopify Store Assistant to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who knows how to run Meta ads, fulfill orders, and handle customer service with professionalism and speed. Your Key Responsibilities: 🚀 Meta Ads Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You should know how to test creatives, analyze performance, and scale winners. 📦 Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately using Shopify and our backend tools. Experience with apps like DSers, CJ Dropshipping, or similar is a bonus. 💬 Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email and/or chat. Handle refunds, track orders, and solve issues with a positive attitude. 🛠️ Shopify Maintenance: Make basic changes to the website such as updating product listings, pricing, images, and shipping settings as needed. Requirements: Proven experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads Solid understanding of Shopify (you can navigate the backend with ease) Ability to manage customer service professionally and efficiently Experience fulfilling orders via Shopify and/or third-party suppliers Fast communication and a problem-solving mindset Fluent in English (written and spoken) Nice to Have: Experience with Shopify apps like Klaviyo, Zendesk, CJ Dropshipping, or AfterShip Design skills (Canva, Figma) to help with creatives is a plus but not required Compensation: This will start as an hourly role with the potential to grow into a full-time position with bonuses based on store performance.
