The strategy is already built - I just need consistent execution where you follow a laid down process What You'll Do: Content: • Create the baseline/current state of where we are at. • Understand app feature and benefits (documents will be provided) • Generate and publish SEO-optimized articles using Byword.ai (I provide access) • Edit AI content for accuracy, brand voice, and quality • Add App-specific examples and CTAs • Optimize with Yoast SEO plugin • Publish to WordPress with proper formatting and internal links • Submit URLs to Google Search Console Technical Setup • Set up Google Analytics 4 with conversion tracking • Configure Google Tag Manager • Set up conversion events (demo requests, signups, forms) • Configure Yoast SEO plugin • Verify Google Search Console setup Link Building: • Find relevant resource pages for backlink opportunities • Send outreach emails (templates provided) • Respond to relevant HARO queries • Track activities in shared spreadsheet Weekly Reporting: Every Monday by 10am EST: • Articles published (URLs) • Ranking changes from Google Search Console • Outreach activities • Any issues or questions • Traffic updates Tools (I Provide Access): • Byword.ai • Ubersuggest • WordPress + Yoast SEO • Google Search Console • Google Analytics 4 • Google Tag Manager • Grammarly • Shared Google Sheets You Have: • ✅ Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager setup experience • ✅ WordPress + Yoast SEO proficiency • ✅ Strong English writing/editing skills • ✅ SEO content optimization experience • ✅ Ability to work independently with clear instructions • ✅ Experience with AI content tools (Byword, Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.) • Programmatic SEO experience • Link building/outreach experience • Career/education/HR tech knowledge Communication: • Respond promptly • Weekly 15-min call (if needed) • Proactive updates on blockers
